Yellow Pinne Software & Design is a design and development studio based in Punta del Este, Uruguay. This policy covers this website and the enquiries we receive through it.

What we collect

Only what you send us. When you submit the quote form we receive your name, email address, your message, and the budget range and referral source you select. Ticking the marketing consent box is optional — the form works the same either way.

If you go on to work with us, we also handle whatever you share for the project itself: brand assets, files, and the contact and billing details needed to invoice.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people read — it works without cookies, does not build a profile of you, and cannot follow you to other sites. We run no advertising or third-party tracking scripts.

What we do with it

We use your details to reply to you, to prepare and deliver work you ask us for, and to meet our accounting and tax obligations. Marketing email goes only to people who opted in, and every one of those has an unsubscribe link.

Who else sees it

• Web3Forms delivers the quote form to our inbox, so submissions pass through their service.
• Microsoft 365 hosts our email, so correspondence with us lives there.
• Cloudflare serves this website, provides the analytics described above, and logs request data such as IP addresses to keep it running and secure.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our inbox while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are kept as long as tax and contract law requires. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we are obliged to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw marketing consent at any time — email contact@yellowpinne.com and we will handle it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version appears here with a new date at the top.
